Refund/Return/Replacement Policies
RETURN AND REFUND
If your items are faulty, damaged, incorrectly, or dead-on arrival, you may contact us for return and refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. If you are able to provide a receipt or other satisfactory proof of purchase, we may offer you a return and refund if the item(s) is:
- In saleable and undamaged condition
- In its original condition with packaging
We are not able to accept CHANGE OF MIND returns or refund, and returns or refund for the item(s) which:
- Were purchased more than 14 days ago from the date of purchase
- Are not in their original condition with packaging; or
- Are not in saleable and undamaged condition; or
- Without proof of purchase
As we provide free shipping in NZ, there are a lot of costs associated with processing an order, so the 10% restocking fee may apply.
For amounts refunded via internet transfer into the bank account provided, please allow five business days.
REPLACEMENT OF ITEMS
In terms of replacement of item(s), we will need a return of the products for assessment. Once we have confirmed the damage or fault of the item(s), it might be replaced for free of charge.

Products can be returned to us via courier at your own cost, please contact us to find out if you can ship your item(s).
Please note that the item(s) must be returned within a reasonable period. Any returning items are shipped at the buyer’s risk, and we will not take responsibility for any items are lost or damaged due to the negligence or fault of a third party.

Shipping & Delivery within New Zealand: Free delivery in NZ
Your order will generally be processed within 24-48 hours of placing your order. we use Courier Post or NZ Couriers for fast & secure delivery for shipping within New Zealand Monday to Friday (business days), for rural delivery sometimes a third party is used. Orders received after 3:00pm will be processed the next business day.
Please allow:
1 – 2 working days for Auckland deliveries
1 – 2 working days for North Island deliveries
2 – 3 working days for South Island deliveries
Rural delivery add 1-2 days.
Please note that dates given for delivery are a best estimate and are given in good faith but are not to be treated as a condition of the sale. No claim shall be made by you on account of late delivery however caused. Late delivery shall not constitute a breach of this contract by us, and you shall not be entitled to cancel the contract because of late delivery. Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days. Business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays.

How deep can MIX dive in the water?
The ultimate diving depth of WhiteShark MIX is 40 meters.
Can WhiteShark MIX be taken to the plane?
The weight of the machine is 2900g, plus the floater weights 3500g totally, which is very convenient to bring on the plane. But because the battery capacity is 122wh, according to the rules of ICAO and related airports, you need to contact the airline in advance to get the permission. Each person can carry a maximum of two batteries on the plane, and cannot be checked(Faulty battery such as leakage or damaged cannot be transported).
What are the storage requirements?
The WhiteShark MIX host and battery should be stored separately in the package, please follow the guidelines below:1.Please ensure the machine is stored in a cool and ventilated environment of 0℃-50℃(Batteryshould follow the battery storage conditions separately). 2.Avoid place in direct sunlight. 3. Avoid placing it in poor ventilation or humidity above 65%. 4.Keep away from heat, fire and children’s touchable locations. 5.Keep away from equipment that may generate strong magnetic fields. 6.To prevent the machine from becoming moldy, take out it once a month and run it for about 10 seconds.
How to mainten and care the machine?
After the WhiteShark MIX used in seawater or fresh water, please clean it in the following steps within 30 minutes:1.Fully immerse the WhiteShark MIX in a container filled with water for 20 minutes. Note:①Do not add laundry detergent, abluent, etc. in the water②When the white shark MIX is immersed in water, some bubbles will be discharged from the holes in the fuselage. This is not a malfunction. 2. Press the switch with both hands to make the white shark MIX run in the semi-air and half water for 2 seconds, repeated 5 times, or soak in water for 20 minutes. Note:①To prevent body splashing during operation, push the nozzle of the propeller towards the bottom of the container. ②The WhiteShark MIX has great thrust in water,please lift the machine slightly out of the water for better clean and control. 3. Shake and clean the body of the WhiteShark MIX to remove various objects attached on it. 4. Wipe the water off with a clean, soft cloth, ensuring the water around the body and battery is wiped clean. Then take out the battery, put it and body separately in a cool, ventilated place to dry. Do not use a hair dryer for drying.
What’s the use of the shift switch on the machine?
In case of transportation and not use, locking the switch can prevent WhiteShark MIX from accidentally operating.
What is the speed of the Mix?
Mix has 8KGf propulsion under water, different weights have different speed. Under normal weight, the speed can reach 1.2m/s.
How long can it be used continuously under water?
About 15 minutes.
Can the machine with floator dive deeply?
Because the MIX has a slightly positive buoyancy with floator, it is not recommended to bring the floator to diving deeply.
